With the regional ELY Centres we organize international business management programs for unemployed job-seekers. Participants have a 6-month training period in companies with international activities. For this reason we need companies that are interested in offering our participants the opportunity to work.

The participants are either unemployed or ones whose present work is ending. They have work experience in international trade, qualifications for the field and good language skills.

The company chooses the most suitable participants for interviews and makes the final decision independently. An agreement is made only if the company finds a suitable candidate.

Fintra offers the possibility to show professional skills in two programs:

Further Vocational Qualification in Foreign Trade

The program is meant for those responsible for a company´s  export or import. For ones that choose marketing as their specialist area, Fintra provides preparatory training in its international regional SME business management programs.

Specialist Vocational Qualification in Foreign Trade

For Further Vocational Qualification in Foreign Trade preparatory training is available in our Foreign Trade Assistant program. It focuses on personnel engaged in practical export work or ones planning to enter the export field.

In both Vocational Qualification programs, foreign trade specialists assess participants´ professional skills. Participants have personal performance programs and they show their skills mainly in their own work environment. This way both the participant and workplace gain the maximum benefit. A vocational qualifications certificate can be obtained irrespective of education or how the person has acquired professional skills. The person´s need for training or development is defined in a personal starting level analysis.

Fintra provides preparatory training for vocational qualifications both as open and customized in-company programs.
