About us
Fintra is owned by the Finnish economy. Fintra helps Finnish companies to meet the growing challenges in global business.
For nearly 50 years Fintra has specialized in providing training services for Finnish companies that are either starting global business or ones already active in this field. Our trainer network of over 300 experts guarantees that our knowledge and know-how are current and tested in various situations.
The members of Fintra´s Board represent the Finnish Government and economy. Our magazine Move On! deals with current global issues and is published quarterly.
We cooperate with many associations and organizations promoting international business. This way we are able to include the latest knowledge and know-how in our training. We are a member of EFMD, Finland´s Coaching Association, World Trade Center´s Associations, The Finnish Association for Human Resource Management (Henry ry) and the Finnish- Russian Chamber of Commerce.
Approximately 4000 persons attend our training annually. The majority of them are sent by companies. Our training programs have two objectives: persons more competent in their work and a more competitive company in its field.
